Remote Property Control Systems

Have you ever wished you could see what was going on at your property while you were away? Ever worried about leaving the house and forgetting to turn something off? With the spread of internet enabled devices in today's world it is possible to be connected to the internet almost everywhere you go. This is thanks to the prevailing WiFi technology providing internet access from a number of hotspots, as well as 3G technologies being employed in more and more mobile phones. In conjunction with these mobile internet connected products, we can provide a service whereby you can monitor almost any aspect of your property from any internet connected device.

These include simple things such as being able to switch on and off appliances at your property, right down to where you can see the temperature of the water in your pipes, or how much electricity you have used in the past hour. Cameras can also play a major part in any system, allowing viewing of your property and the surrounding area, again from any compatible internet capable device. Aside from having control over your property manually, it is also possible to provide automated systems. For example, if a camera or motion sensor detects movement, then any other device or chain of events can be triggered from this. A simple scenario could be where movement is detected outside the house at night, first the bedroom light could come on, then a few seconds later the hallway light above the stairs, followed by some lights downstairs and a barking dog noise. The possibilities are endless.

We aim to provide bespoke setups whereby you can specify your exact needs and we will endeavour to provide precisely what you require. Some examples of applications are:

We have a demonstration setup using a variety of cameras and appliance control devices in our stables, you are welcome to test this via the internet wherever you are to get an idea of the sort of things we offer, although currently this is a very basic setup.
